We did an amazing MAXT3 workout this morning: Legs & Surge! Talk about killing yourself. I’m definitely going to be feeling it tomorrow.
To re-fuel I made a delicious smoothie full of good for you ingredients!
Chocolate Protein Smoothie:
- 1 Cup Strawberries
- 1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1 Scoop Green Superfood – Berry Flavor
- 2 Spoonfuls Coconut Oil
- 1 Spoonful Superfood Blend
- 1 Scoop Max Recovery
- 1 Cup Almond Milk
- Fill to the top with water
Tip: If you don’t have any greens on hand then use Green Superfood to get your greens! It can be found at your local Sprouts or Whole Foods.
