Chocolate Protein Smoothie!

We did an amazing MAXT3 workout this morning: Legs & Surge! Talk about killing yourself. I’m definitely going to be feeling it tomorrow.

To re-fuel I made a delicious smoothie full of good for you ingredients!







Chocolate Protein Smoothie:


  • 1 Cup Strawberries
  • 1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1 Scoop Green Superfood – Berry Flavor
  • 2 Spoonfuls Coconut Oil
  • 1 Spoonful Superfood Blend
  • 1 Scoop Max Recovery
  • 1 Cup Almond Milk
  • Fill to the top with water

Tip: If you don’t have any greens on hand then use Green Superfood to get your greens! It can be found at your local Sprouts or Whole Foods.
